Shipping Policies

We want to get your items to you as quickly and inexpensively as possible, and we’ve got several shipping options for you. Anything in stock will ship within 24 hours (As long as the next day is a weekday).  We ship everything from Albany, GA.

Our fastest shipping option takes only one day, and our most economical can take up to 7 business days. Please double check the shipping address you have entered for your order. Any errors in the shipping or billing address may cause the order to be delayed until we obtain the correct information. We reserve the right to change the shipping method selected if there is a problem with the provided address and the shipping method that was selected. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable shipping method at our own discretion. For instance, Fedex does not deliver to APO/FPO, or PO Box addresses. Any guaranteed delivery time is made by the carrier service, NOT PhoneHub. Furthermore, the guarantee is only in effect once the order has left our warehouse and is in transit, and not from the time of the order being placed. Under NO circumstances do we provide a refund for shipping even if a delivery time is not met. Transit time is counted in business days. If the order is placed on Friday, the 1st business day is the following Monday.

Shipping fees starts at $2.50 by USPS First Class mail. The more you order, the heavier the box, and the more it costs to ship.

Fedex has the best tracking capabilities, USPS Priority Mail tracking is limited, and USPS First Class offers no tracking. If frequent tracking updates are important to you, you should select the Fedex shipping option.

We find that 90% of orders arrive in your hands quite quickly! However, in rare cases your country’s customs office may hold up a delivery for random inspection. Some countries may charge you an import duty fee on your purchases. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause a delay beyond our original delivery estimates.

Warranty & Return Policies

Repair Policy

PhoneHub warrants all repairs and parts for a period of 30 days from the date of Pickup. PhoneHub will diagnose the repair upon receipt. PhoneHub warranty, however, does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the customer, including to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, repair by someone other than PhoneHub, use of any other product other than PhoneHub products, or unauthorized modification. This warranty is VOID if the unit shows evidence of any misuse or mishandling. PhoneHub will not be hold responsible for any other defects parts/Problems other than the one requested to fix A $35 fee will be applied for diagnoses, Fee will go towards repair if customer decided to fix. Customer will not be charged for devices that cannot be fixed.

When the repair process has begun, the customer has consented to this policy and all its attributes. No Refunds can be made to repaired devices or ordered parts.  

Liquid Damage Repair Policy

Due to the nature of liquid damage, a device that may arrive in “working” or “partially working” condition with liquid damage present, may not work after the diagnostic is performed. Liquid causes corrosion and rust on many components which can result in reduced device functionality after disassembly and reassembly.

The goal of a liquid cleaning service is to get the motherboard of the device in an operable condition. This service does not include non-integrated parts such as physical buttons, batteries, Wi-Fi cards/cables, or any other components that are not built into the motherboard itself.

If the liquid damage motherboard cleaning service resolves all device issues, then customer will be responsible for the liquid damage motherboard cleaning fee stated on the work order.

If additional non-integrated components are needed to fix the device, you will be contacted with a detailed price quote. 

Repair Time and Delivery

PhoneHub will make reasonable efforts to deliver repaired equipment within the estimated time of delivery, but does not guarantee that a repair will be completed within a specific period of time. 

Due to space limitations, PhoneHub requests that you pick up your equipment promptly. If equipment is left with PhoneHub and is not picked up within 30 days. Item will be forfeited to store to cover the cost of repair. 

Customer Devices and Data Loss

Your Passcode will be needed as part of our required diagnostic testing, it is customer’s responsibility to backup all data, Take sim and memory cards prior to repair. PhoneHub shall be liable under any circumstances for any loss, disclosure, alteration, or corruption of any data loss. 

Cell Phones and Accessories Policy

30 days refund for electronic Devices with original package, Accessories and receipt. Refund cannot be made if device is cracked, water damaged or not in its original purchased condition.

A 25% Restocking fee will apply on all Returns, unless damage is from the item itself. All electronic Devices have 14 Days in-store warranty. No warranty or refunds on cell phone Accessories.

New Activations and Prepaid pins

Refunds cannot be made or exchanged once new activation is made or prepaid pins are purchased, PhoneHub will not be hold responsible for wrong phone number given to be refilled with prepaid pins.

Please make sure you provide the right phone number and carrier company. if a plan is stacked on a phone number, we can call for the number to be pushed by your request.
